Chef Trent wears chef's whites. He sets a wood table for dinner. Wine bottles, wine glasses, roses in vases, candles, and place settings are on the table.

ABOUT US

We opened Plum in November of 2020. Despite the unique challenges of opening at that time, we forged ahead, serving our guests under quilts, patio heaters and stars. While we focused on creating delicious food, we bonded, believing in the value of a great neighborhood restaurant.

Today, Plum is more seasoned and more delicious. We work with our local farmers, producers and talented kitchen to bring you a menu that reflects our place and time.

We begin each day at Plum looking forward to welcoming you to dinner.  We can’t wait to see you.
